Staying at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka

Convenient hotel in close proximity to attractions

By Kim B    - 1 min read

The Grand Hyatt in Fukuoka is a five-star hotel. This luxury hotel has over 300 guest rooms including suites, and they are fitted out with a range of amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. Everything from the luxurious shower products in the bathroom to the Nespresso coffee maker, and even a smartphone equipped with local tourist information makes the Grand Hyatt a convenient home away from home.

The hotel has multiple on-site eateries, and it is also directly connected via a walkway to the Canal City Hakata mall—so there's no shortage of options for shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. You're also just a stone's throw away from the famous Fukuoka yatai stalls (walk toward the river) if you'd like to sample some tasty local fare.

Getting there

The Grand Hyatt in Fukuoka is in Canal City Hakata, located approximately fifteen minutes on foot from Hakata Station. Taxis are also plentiful at the station if you're carrying luggage. There is on-site parking available if you're headed there by private vehicle, but a daily fee applies.
